Ok so everyone is sick of the same boring question of what tyre to use. No i am not about to ask it either. However after one has decided on said tyre where is everyone buying them from? Personally im in west of syd and would be inclined to go to mca's or maw's but are there any secrect hiding places for bargins out there?

have you rung around asking for prices? what tyres are you getting?
I would also like to know this. I've heard of people getting their tyres cheaper then any of the places I have rung and enquired about.
Im getting a set of bt45's and the cheapest I have been quoted so far is $300 not fitted (from memory)
i will probally get a10's. i was ment to buy new tyres ages ago but a combination of money (lack there of and spending), laziness and not riding much stopped me. ive got quotes from back then and they were pretty much the same where ever i went. but i don't really know that many places to search other than the major retailers
and what prices have you been quoted? when I got mine mcas were quoting me over 500 fitted, I wouldn't recommend them.
Im after a set of a10's aswell and am looking around for the cheapest place to get them.

Im in Sutherland Shire and dont mind travelling around sydney for a good price, hey its a good excuse for a ride!
If you're buying Bridgestone, talk to the importer, Craig White.

He sells at trackdays too, so if you're that way inclined, you might see him.

He works out of Ingleburn and does fittings Tue and Thur from memory.

Cheapest prices I've found. I rang around last time I bought for my ciblet. I eventually got onto Craig and he says, you're after BT-090's aren't you? I've had about 6 shops ring me today!

yeah $500 was roughly what they were quoting. thats fitted and removal of wheel
i got quoted $450 fitted (if i remove the wheels) by MCA auburn during their current sale
they wanted to charge like 80 bucks for fitting at mcas... that sir is a joke.

I was charged 20 bucks per wheel, and that is as much as I would want to pay.
I think Action in parra is the cheapest at the moment from memory? Also try ProCycles at Hornsby where I got mine. think was $400 at the time.

a10's. best, tyre, ever

lol how many km's did u get out of them before ur engine had extra's added to it?:bootyshake:
Hit up team moto in Blacktown Sunnyholt rd. They qouted me $400 for a-10s fitted.
Just call them up first to see if they have in stock. I had to get mine ordered in. It took them a while to get them (2 weeks) so i went elsewhere. They may still have the tyres I ordered so worth a shot.

Went to budget bikes and got sport demons, front for $116 + $30 fitted. Quoted $342 fitted for both. dont know if thats cheap.
ahh maybe it was teammoto not action ^^

Har very funny. I got one trackday on them + riding for a couple months i think. cant remember. Either way it was 1 more trackday than you'll ever do :p
