If you're going to redo the wheels, then I'd do either
-Front red and rear white with red rim tape
OR
-50/50 red and white on each wheel.
Otherwise leave em black.

So you do your own powdercoating?!
Hmmm... Well when you have your own kit I may have some bits and pieces for ya...
