well, this is the sort of bike i would be racing with if I choose to go modded 250 4 stroke... http://www5e.biglobe.ne.jp/~oyamabrs/page003.html

as you can see its modded production... the class looks pretty competitive.

if I start racing in the 400 class (aus)... i need to get a car and trailer it... guess i need to fork some cash out... unavoidable I guess.

do people ever racing in more than one class at a time/alternate classes or is that just stupid?

I think I can also race in the J-GP3... so I'd expect to be racing with Honda RS125s... that would be stiff competition I think :S[hr]
the vfr/rvf route seems like the cheapest way to get into racing... I should look into that.

I think you need to progress to the next class. new licence new fee's. etc. i think..

Martin (Aussieparts) races in that class. He sent me a copy of their newsletter with a bunch of brake + clutch bits I ordered recently, looks like an insane amount of fun.
I wonder if i could race the super cub? :D
