Carrying 2nd Visor

Hey guys,
How do you carry a spare visor in your bags? I just put mine in my helmet bag but that's not too great because it moves around and something else in my bag might hit it..

Any ideas? :D

carry on yourself, i bought a visor once and had no where to put it, the shop assistant told me to put it on my side under my shirt and tuck my shirt in my pants, its a nice shape to fit around your waste. and it didnt fall out too. give that a try.
mine fit nicely in my tank bag but other than that i dont carry a second one...? why do you need to? i still use my dark one at night, its still easy to see, unless i head up the mountains where there arent many lights.
you can get done for that here in melbourne. its illegal and some of the cops are just plain assholes. some arent so bad, but some just abuse their power. so its always better safe then sorry, could spend the money on modifying the bike instead of paying for a useless fine.
i just keep it on the top of my bag. but then i don't change it anymore. i just deal with it.
Clear Visor, Sunglasses

= possible nasty split over eye in the event of a crash.
i've seen it first hand
i don't like sunglasses under my helmet. i tried it for about a year...

but thats me. its definitely worth a shot.
I just keep the iridium one on 24/7

Flip it up in low speed areas / intersections etc. Down on motorways and the like.

lol I wear glasses anyway :p
i wrap mine in a small towel and wedge it above my speedo. never had problems with it sitting there

+1

I think this is the best compromise. But if you are really worried about getting caught with a vizor that isnt 100% clear then do the sunglasses thing.
i think this is what ur after:-

Oxford Stowaway...wraps around ur waist

costs about $20-$25 from MCAS

I have one of these.
Flip down sunglasses are handy as, though it's a bit noisy.

my shark helmet has two visors the bottom/ clear visor is a full visor
and its has a tinted visor that cover 75% off it that i can just lift up at night,

its 100% ftw
Agree with the other guy- iridium would be the way to go. I bought a second one that was dark tint and now i just wish i bought an iridium one... annoying to have to change them out all the time..

I dont like wearing sunnies under the helmet either gives me a headache
on me, under my jacket, around my super sexy six pack. perfect fit.
i have a double visor... which is clear
then half again is tinted on top.. So when i ride at night i just flip up the tint!!

best thing it was cheaper than a tinted one and i dont have to change visors..
I carry a spare, the Shark RSR2 makes changing them take 5seconds. I ride with a backpack 99% of the time so when I know that its gonna get dark before I head home ill bring the clear one ect ect.
I've ridden stupid distances with a tint visor. Really don't recommend at all. I leave a clear visor on unless I'm pretty sure I'm going to be home before it's dark.
