CBR 250r MC19 electrical problem

Hi guys ..... hope someone can help. 1989 CBR 250r - we have power to the headlights but no tail-light, stoplight, indicator, horn, rev counter.

We checked the fuses and they're all good - anyone know what the problem might be?

Earth/Grounding. Believe the 250r grounds at the same place as the 250rr, right by the coil.
