grab a multi meter and connect it on the battery terminals to start with!

CBR600 F3 help
hey guys, one of my friends is having problems with his 96' F3. it wont start on cold mornings. he hardly rides it though. he's replaced the battery but thats as much as i know. he's going to bring it over on the weekend and i was going to clean the carbs. this is apparently a common problem with these bikes.
If anyone has any more info on these bikes. much appreciated!
