I saw this in the paper the other day, its the joint standing committee on Road Safety inquiry into Vulnerable Road Users.

If you have something useful to say about motorcycles and road safety and you can string two sentences together i strongly suggest that you make a submission.

If you have an axe to grind, this may be your chance to have you voice heard.

Some suggestions might include:
the acceptance of CE and other safety standard being acceptable along with AS stickers on helmets (for racing)
Safety issues with crash barriers
Safety Standards for motorcycle clothing (i.e. marking whether a jacket meets a set standard)

I will be writing to them about the cheese wire and armcor crash barriers. They are really inappropriate crash barriers for squishy bodies to hit at speed.

You should also consider this

Have fun, people...
