Hi and welcome! 👋 What year/model bike do you have?

Did you trace path of electricity from battery to headlight and measure voltage along way? Where voltage stops shows problem is between that location and previous measurement that did have power.

OP couldn't fix because they never measured, but just shotgunned pile of parts at bike. Problem with replacing perfectly-working parts with brand-new perfectly working parts is that nothing changes and symptoms persist because actual problem hasn't been identified through testing and measuring. Most likely bad or corrosed wire or connector.

This is 5-minute fix with multimeter.
