Does any one know if this scooter will ever be sold in Aus?
Or what is involved in importing one? and if this is possible?

Buy the Beewee and pull all the plastics off it. 50cc are horribly slow and only good for pure inner city riding.

As for your first question. It was answered in the first line of the first post in your second link.

ummmm, yeah, that one.

I guess then that if they're still not here then they aint coming.

There's not much market here for 50cc's. There's no real licence or rego benefits like europe has and they're too slow for most aussie roads. Pretty sure the Beewee's only $3000 and it's about as slow as you would really want.

hey
sorry dudes
just read more of the 2nd link
im pretty sure theyre here - as of this month
yea, sounds very impractical and unjustifiable for the price of $3k (only the thing is, its gonna cost upwards of $4k)
I really can't afford that and I'm sure a scooter with less than half the cc's of a postie is just not right,
but then again.. the heart wants wat the heart wants... at this point (realistically) I won't be looking into it though..
at least not until "I'm a billionaire"
cheers

most states have cheap rego for sub 100cc

a few states have car licence can ride 50cc
