i always believed that the jade was jdm.
the stock pipe is better than the cbr if you are after top end, maybe (never seen them in person), but ofcourse its using an mc14 engine... just like every other cbr250.
if you ever do need parts for it, especialy for the engine, using cbr250 parts would be like upgrades.
