Look up headlight restoration. It would be a similar process to removing the yellowing cloud from older perspex headlamps. You can buy kits but given the small surface area, I'd probably go with a DIY with whats lying around method.

Just got a CBR250R for an absolute steal, and the front brake reservoir window is completely opaque due to age, I'm guessing. Any tips on getting the plastic back to see-through?

Ah, of course. I was using the wrong search terms in Google. Cheers. It'll be nice to be able to see the fluid level.
