Reigning seven time MotoGP world champion Valentino Rossi has been ruled out of the remainder of his home Italian MotoGP after being diagnosed with a fractured right tibia.

Rossi suffered a big highside in Saturday morning practice and the injury also is also a big blow to his 2010 title hopes.

The #46 has never previously missed a race, since his 1996 debut in the 125cc class.

i really hope he doesnt consider retiring coz of this, he hasnt had a bad injury like this.
on that note, i hope its not a career threatening injury. im pretty keen to see him go to ducati next year:)
i dont know what i have against lorenzo, he's a great rider n all but i was pretty stoked when pedrosa took pole, and the 2 ducati done well in quals.
looking forward to randys race report lol
its not really "winning it" if rossi's out for injury. although he did tear rossi a new one at le mans..?
hmmm, i thought it was a bit cocky when he did that, he hasnt really proven himself like rossi has to be doing shit like that. yeah he's fast, but he should win a few more races, then get cocky.
DAAANI! DAAANI! i was really hoping he'd take it out, i was jumpin around my living room when he got pole.

fingers were crossed for stoner on that last lap.
and another interesting comment was about hayden coming off, kinda shows that its not all stoner contributing to his poor season so far. apparently other ducati's are having the same trouble too.
yeah i thought it was good that all the guys gave rossi a mention in the interviews after the podium.
