Try the fellows at tygaperformance.com , I've used them for a few bits of (admittedly non technical) gear and found their quality and postage to be top notch. They race as well, so know what they're doing. They also make a 300cc kit for the NSR, good for something like 80hp.

Those 300 kits will not see the bike get 80hp alone.. It will also have to have every other imaginable performance part in addition with some serious barrel and case work..

Also those 300 kits have been getting some very ordinary reviews..

Yeah? Hmmm. I'd at least whack some chambers on the thing anyway. At the very least, theres your link for the OEM bottom end gear.

yeah thanks guys, i've read some reviews on the 300 kits, think i might just get the barrels replated and the top and bottom end kit, the nsr will still fly regardless. just port it, and clean up the excess castings inside the crank case and re-jet.
