Anyone know any good places to get a bike painted in the Melbourne region for a reasonable price? Only needing the tank and tail fairing painted a metallic or gloss black. Thanks.

I only know of a few private peeps from the forum who do it, who may not appreciate their name thrown about.

Will let them chime up if they're interested?

Pics of the turbo gix please though :)

Thanks man, turbo gix is in pieces. It's a rat bike (hence the paint job). With a stage 1 velocity turbo kit being assembled at the minute. Should be fun.

Pics of the pieces?

What exactly is involved in a stage 1? I'm curious.

(Also, you may have seen the gixxer forum boys get a bit frothy at the mouth when they want to see something and start screaming "PICS OR BAN!!1!eleventy!!!!"... this is pretty much where I'm headed....)

I want pics!! :D

I only have a picture of the gixxer when I bought it and stripped it down, stage 1 will let me run it on a stock motor. well hopefully. Stock head gasket, etc. Should make about 220hp on 6psi. I plan on it being my dailly commuter for lawls as the R1's grabby clutch annoys the shit outta me.

I have a video on youtube of my R1 that sounds sick. Let that give you some wood for the time being.
