Quiet aftermarket exhausts

This might seem like a strange question to some people, but does anyone know of a relatively quiet aftermarket can for the 250, or just a quiet one which could be put on? I kind of want to ditch my heavy stock one but I don't want to go prematurely deaf.

Is the stock one even heavy? Doesn't look too bad. It's not like it's got a cat or anything.
I haven't actually weighed it, it's got quite a bit of meat in it though (mostly my meat cos I like to jam my wang in there now and then). Feels like it might be about 2.5 or 3 kilos to me.
stock is quite heavy compared to aftermarket.....especially the cf ones.
a lot of the ebay ones come with a silencer but i dont think it would be anywhere near stock sound levels.
yeah I wasn't looking for stock sound levels, mine has a lot of holes drilled in the baffles and the mesh over the inlet hammered off so it's got a bit of volume to it. I just don't want the ear bleeding loudness I hear from roo racing or screaming demon etc.
with almost all aftermarket exhausts you get a baffle to install if you want, there are a few where this isn't provided, but you should be able to buy one from them separately.
So if I were to get a generic yoshi or akra etc. slipon and leave the baffle in do you think the noise level would be low enough that I'm not that guy on the really loud yet relatively slow bike that can be heard from several blocks away?
its still loud as fuck dude, those baffles on the generic zorsts from ebay are pretty much useless. i would know. :/

let me get this right

you want to change the stock pipe, for the only reason as to save a little bit of weight ??

how about stop eating the donuts ?
take a big dump before you go for a ride

or heres one better , only fill the tank halfway thats going to be an easy 5Kg's no probs

or ride in thongs, thats going to save some weight
the stock is quite heavy compared to other AF ones i've handled.
I think most full length mufflers aren't overly loud and are easily bearable on the ears
haha piss off johnnie, I only weigh like 75kg as it is. I also want one that looks a bit better if that's any consolation to you :p
db killers are all over ebay.

Or you could go ghetto and make one out of a similar sized can with holes drilled in it.
Might look into the db killers, but I think it might still be too loud. Won't really know without trying, and I know it's not easy for everyone to really know what I mean by loud.
My DIC isn't very loud but it's a full exhaust system. I have seen DIC cans but I don't know how they compare to the full exhaust ones.
I didn't want the dic, just the dic can
The can is attached as in welded to the pipes and everything is aluminum. I think it was for an mc19 or maybe a some other CBR because it doesn't fit perfectly on the 22.

I have tried looking around for DIC but it seems that they are a rare kind.
haha yeah I was just joking about the dic can, well trying to joke. I've seen them before and know they are attached, and yeah they rarely come up for sale do they.
