Any information on whats broken?

The only thing the bike would need to ride again is front brake leaver and right hand rearset everything else is just cosmetic (and not that bad) + it ran out of rego about a week ago.

I'll give you $1500 for it. Considering it needs about $1500 spent on fairings/exhaust/rearset that's 3k, plus 1k for rego. When a going example is only worth 5k max sounds about fair to me for a bike i haven't test ridden/has been crashed so there could be other issues i don't know about.

either fix it yourself, at least get it rideable which wouldnt be hard , that rear master cylinder needs some attention also

Cos you put $3900 in a lower post (i think) but the topic is still $5300... Might be losing some customers - might want to do a full edit of the original post. It's kinda messy.
