Max to get this back on the road would be ~ $1000-$1500 for the brake lever, rear set, exhaust, RWC and Rego..
$4900 on road is cheap! Buying any bike, there is always a risk that it has also been dropped and fixed cosmetically!!
Besides all of this, low balling without even seeing the bike... Not cool!
I'm sorry but anyone who says that if they bought this bike and would replaced the fairings would be lying to themselves...
