Yeah I dont think its electric, just left hand side exhaust theres a bunch of other 125GP bikes there where you can only just see the exhaust.

Nah it's not electric, it's a GP125. Was more commenting on it being one of Rossi's old bikes from back in the day.

it does say over racing all over the frame and swing arm, that would be my guess

That's a CRF100 engine which is same as NSF100 engine (nearly).
