Throttle stop screw

Hi all i have recently got an CBR RR 250 mc22,probably a silly question but do you turn the throttle stop screw anti clockwise or clockwise to increase idling?

PIA if it unscrews all way. I had to remove carbs to re-install last time that happened! :ROFLMAO:
