Definitely measure valve-clearances, very likely one or more is on loose-end of specs.

Oil-pressure is lowest at low-RPMs and load on valvetrain is actually highest. As revs increase, valves tend to "float" more and not slam into their seats as hard. So ticking gets lighter.
