What are the details, you might be able to fight it depending on the specifics of where when and how they "radared" you etc. It might be a good point in time to go see a lawyer rather than suck it up if you need your license etc?

Sorry to hear you are loosing your licence mate but at least it's only for a month. Over here you have to be pretty unlucky to lose your licence, I dont think any of the Irish lads have ever have.

I'm assuming your roads are 'safer' than ours because of that, but I'd be interested in seeing accident stats for both countries to see what difference no inforcment is compared to heavy inforcement of the road traffic laws.

You'd think that, wouldn't you...

Also, Chris I forgot to ask, were the HWP tailgating you? If so you could argue that you feared for your safety
