Where to try on 'high end' gloves in Syd?

Specifically looking to try on the A* GP Tech and Dainese Full Metals.

Have tried MCAS and BikeBiz Parramatta - neither had these gloves.

If anyone actually owns these gloves I'd be interested in hearing how they hold up as commuter as well as fun stuff gloves - I've heard the GP Techs are uncomfortably restrictive for some.

Others on the list were the KNOX stuff but their sizing charts put me at a M in one and an XL in the other or something else retarded - if anyone bought some holla

I've got some on. All you need to do is touch the ground without bending your knees - and dont look behind you...

and bring a milk crate or something for him to stand on
Cross team moto btown off the list as well.

Anyone? I'd rather not go to the city (living out west n all) only to find they don't have them.
Maybe call the shops before you decide to go in?

Sydney City Motorcycles?
The Helmet Warehouse?
Bike Gear Warehouse?
I hate using the phone but I suppose it's better than riding there and back. Thanks for the shop suggestions :)
Ive got GP tech and they are awesome.
When I ordered them from the states, noone had them here either, so I tried on a similar pair of A* and went for the same size.

I got XL, but a L would have probably fit a bit better after they stretched..
if using for a commuter glove, full hassle to get on and off....and are part roo, so wont last foreva using everyday....
same as the top of line boots, so hard to get on and off, and to walk in....

+1

My race boots aren't too bad to walk in, but they take fucken FOREVER to put on/take off, and gave andi pretty decent blisterage when she wore then under draggins rather than with leathers under them.

I have A* gloves now so I know my size, I'm more curious as to if they are livable - I've heard for some they are hella uncomfortable.

No more than my current GP Pros I would assume, same closure system etc. Never heard what you are saying about roo, though - does it not last as long as regulah cow hide?

(I also love the Supertech boots... comfiest motherfuckers I've ever worn. On/off was easy peasy to. Sidi Vortices or whatever it's called took me like 30min just to read the manual)
