Due to the World Cup, only just got to catch up on the weekends racing. Noticed there was no thread on the WSBK....

Biaggi is killing it. The Corser on the BMW is killing it. Checa hasnt crashed for a while. Chris Vermeulen still has a mole. And the Brits still think they're significant.

Never really understood why ppl disliked Biaggi. Is there any videos or incidents I should watch or read up on??

Never really did myself. Rossi seems to be the cause of most of the dislike

Faster, obviously.

Biaggi was extremely focused and driven when he was riding GP bikes. He was almost unbeatable in the 250s. He stepped up into the 500 class with the attitude that he was owed the championship and he won his debut 500 race, which only made the attitude worse. From there he crashed a lot, spat the dummy quite frequently and made a lot of excuses. He was arrogant and Italian and wound tighter than a watch spring. He had a beard. He was the perfect bad guy and we all loved to hate him.

Since he has gone to WSBK he has mellowed out a lot. I've met him a couple of times and he obviously loves what he is doing these days. He is relaxed, pleasant and friendly and everyone in the WSBK paddock loves him. I'm a huge Biaggi fan these days. He's a legend.
Tell us more about the mole.
proof that 1 o'clock wheelehs are possible /wow/
I haven't posted up a WSBK thread lately because I didn't think there was much interest.

But yeah agreed, Biaggi is looking very hard to stop, Haslam on the Suzuki is looking most like challenging him but hasn't had as good a run of form in the last couple rounds.

Nori is struggling badly... and so is Ruben Xaus... and Vermuelen... all 3 riders had huge crashes in round 1 at PI and have looked shakier than Shakey Byrne ever since.

Eugene Laverty ftw in WSS, he's unstoppable right now.
The only reason I don't follow WSBK more closely is because it's only televised on pay TV which I don't have :(

Same. I could have it, but I refuse. They can go fuck 'emselves in the ass.

'tiK.
Jakub Smrz and his team are switching from Ducati to Aprilia for the remainder of the season!
