Hey guys,
I'm after a front stand..
Which do you think is better, the normal front stand that picks up under the forks or the headlift stand?

Anyone got one for sale around Western Sydney?

Cheers :D

the regular ones only allow you to take your front wheel off
I would go headlift, so you can work on your forks, etc. aswell.
or just use a carjack, which is what i've been doing.
i got a kaneg one that does both... buy one they're pretty good, fast delivery too.
Does anyone know what size pin the MC22 needs for the head lifting stand? Is this just the inside diameter measurement of the hole at the bottom of the lower triple clamp thing?..

Anyone got one for less than $135 (Kaneg price)? Ill buy a Kaneg one on Wednesday if I don't have any offers here before that.

Also, does anyone know if the RVF400 has the hole in the steering head for the front head lift stand to fit into?
BUMP :)
Anyone know what size pin MC22 needs, and if the RVF400 can use the front head lift stand?
some head lift stands give you multiple pins so you can use it with a range of bikes.....not sure of the kaneg ones though......

the kaneg stand which is the one i have comes with 5 smaller pins

there is also 5 larger pins as well which cost iirc $5 each

the RVF i assume would be the same as the VFR is one of the larger pins but i cant remember which , Kaneg will prob be able to tell you

but if you have the dollars just buy the extra 5 pins as you will prob use them one day anyway

alternatively if you google around and i would look at the greybike forum www.400greybike.cc and you will prob find out anyway
